The Forever Home

Architect: smpl Design Studio
Builder: Praxis Building Group

The Forever Home was designed for a couple as an adaptable space which had options for reconfiguration in the future.

The result is a home where the majority of living happens on a single level—eliminating the need for stairs while maintaining a refined, architectural flow. But functionality didn’t come at the expense of design.

Rather than embracing a fully open-concept layout, the home is composed of well-defined, purposeful spaces—each designed for how it’s meant to be used—while still maintaining a seamless flow throughout.

Craft captured photography, an ‘architects vision’ video, as well as a testimonial video with one of the clients and the builder.
