A single-storey residence on a mature, tree-lined lot, wrapped around a central courtyard and pool. Light brick, vertical wood cladding, black steel, and cedar soffits outside; walnut, pale oak, and soft neutrals within. Kitchen, dining, and living run as one spine along the courtyard glazing — a mid-century sensibility executed with contemporary precision.
